  • Yes, I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. I believe that finding the right therapist is imperative to the efficacy of treatment and encourage connecting on the phone to see if we could be a good match.

  • Yes, I meet with clients in person in Pasadena, CA and I also offer a hybrid approach to sessions. Additionally, I work virtually with clients across the state of California.

  • During the initial session, we will review the Informed Consent together and discuss practice policies. We will also have the opportunity to explore your reasons for seeking therapy. The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other a bit and identify if our therapeutic connection feels right for you.

  • I offer 50 minute and 90 minute sessions for both individual and relationship therapy.

  • My fee is $300 per 50-minute session for Individual therapy and $350 per 50-minute session for relationship therapy. I reserve a limited number of spaces for sliding scale. At this time, I do not have any sliding scale spots available but please feel free to get in touch if you would like to be added to my sliding scale waitlist.

  • No, I am an out-of-network provider. However, I can provide superbills to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Inquire directly with your insurance provider to determine reimbursement rates.

  • I require 48-hours notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to provide 48-hours notice will result in being charged the full fee for the missed session.
