The journey to the family you always dreamed of may not be the way you expected it to be. You could be family planning at a different stage of life than anticipated, it might be taking a long time to get pregnant, or perhaps you’re on an IVF journey. You might have a newborn or a young child and are confronting realities of parenting you didn’t expect. You might be unsure of how to tackle a new stage that you’re in. 

I walk alongside clients as they navigate the tender, often isolating terrain of infertility and parenting, helping them make space for the full truth of their experience. I provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy for those longing for, building, and growing families. Perhaps you’re in a particularly difficult parenting stage right now. I know that these experiences aren’t only personally isolating and overwhelming, but they can change your relationships – the one with your partner or spouse, but also with your family, your in-laws, and your friends. My background as a trauma-trained psychotherapist, child development specialist, and my personal experience with infertility gives me a unique approach to working with those who are hoping to create families, couples growing their family and parents seeking tools as they navigate the ever changing needs of their children.
